January 2025 Club Meeting
Phil Hebner spoke to the club about Leashes of Valor. They provide service dogs at no charge to veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Our club makes a donation to their organization annually.

National President Elect Becky Lane attended our banquet and presented Dave Hudgins with his 50 year pin. Dave actually has been a club member for 53 years but was never recognized for his milestone.

Donations for North Carolina Hurricane Victims November 2024
Our club then shipped a dozen Rudy Bears to the same North Carolina club for them to give to children of victims who have lost so much.

Club Member Bernie Mann filled his SUV with 80 blankets and several hoodie sweatshirts he collected and delivered them to a Ruritan Club in North Carolina to be distributed to hurricane victims.

Club members brought snack items to our November meeting to be donated to the USO Center at the Richmond International Airport. Jon & Donna Hatfield are shown delivering the items to USO Volunteer Jim Walsh.

Club's Scholarships Benefit Reynolds' Students
SPRC Scholarship Chairman with recipients Patricia Price (left) and Emily Smith. Both received their Associate of Applied Science degrees from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and will transfer to Va. Tech to earn their Bachelor's degree. Our club supports the Reynolds Community College Educational Foundation through the Short Pump Ruritan Club Endowed Scholarship.
